A Moon Landing at Omega’s 50th Anniversary
It was exhilarating when our team was approached to be the official photo booth for Omega’s 50th Anniversary celebration. Our client wanted to make this event extra special by recreating a Neil Armstrong’s moon-landing experience for their guests. After brainstorming for ides and solutions to help our client’s request come to fruition, we decided to develop our very own special effects photobooth technology. Firstly, we designed the video background of the moon, with stars that actually twinkle and shoot across the sky. We then added a sound clip of an astronaut communicating with NASA.
The guests would step in front of our green screen and strike a pose. Our special effects tech seamlessly swapped out the green screen for the moon background. Guests instantly saw how they were transported into the universe!
Easy and Fun Photo Booth Experience
One of the major key factors our team always emphasise on is how easy and seamless the entire process is. We wanted to make sure that everything could be handled smoothly and automatically, so the guests could just focus on having a good time. Hence, our best option is to send the videos directly to the guest’s email or WhatsApp. Videos that were sent are uncompressed hence, preserving the high-quality. This is also super convenient for them to share their videos on social media as well as to their family and freinds.
Everyone loved seeing themselves on the moon. It brought out so many smiles and laughs, and it was a joy to watch people’s reactions as they saw their videos for the first time. The combination of the stunning visuals and the added sound effects made the experience truly immersive.
