Printaparty provides:

  • AI photo booth rentals
  • Event photography and videobooths
  • Instant printing and WhatsApp delivery
  • Custom branded activations and lead capture systems

Services are tailored per event.

2. Booking and Quotations

  • All bookings are subject to availability
  • Quotes are based on event scope and requirements
  • Confirmation may require a deposit

We may decline bookings at our discretion.

3. Client availability

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate event details
  • Ensure venue permissions and setup access
  • Obtain consent from participants where required

4. User Content and Rights

For custom content (logos, designs, themes):

  • You confirm you have the right to use submitted materials
  • You grant us permission to use them for your event

We are not responsible for copyright violations in your submissions.

5. Media Usage

We may use photos/videos from events for:

  • Portfolio
  • Marketing and case studies

If you want to opt out, inform us before the event.

6. Data Collection at Events

Our systems may collect:

  • Participant details via QR, email, or WhatsApp
  • Engagement data for campaigns

Use of such data is subject to our Privacy Policy and client agreements.

7. Payments

  • Payment terms will be stated in your invoice or quotation
  • Full payment may be required before the event
  • Late payments may result in service delays or cancellation

8. Cancellations and Changes

  • Changes must be communicated early
  • Cancellation fees may apply depending on notice period
  • Deposits may be non-refundable

9. Service Limitations

We are not liable for:

  • Delays due to venue, internet, or power issues
  • Force majeure events (weather, disruptions, etc.)
  • Third-party platform failures (e.g. WhatsApp delivery delays)

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, software, and booth technology remain our property.

You may not copy, reproduce, or reverse engineer any part of our systems.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
