The Trade Show Challenge: Standing Out at GovWare

GovWare brings together cybersecurity leaders, CISOs, policymakers and technology buyers from around the world. In a hall full of competing booths, generic giveaways get binned, and exhibitors need something that earns dwell time and gets kept.

At GovWare 2026, five exhibitors turned to Printaparty to build interactive AI booth experiences, each tailored to its brand. This was a step up from our three-booth setup at GovWare 2025, and each booth ran a different format so that no two activations felt alike.

Activation 1: Fortinet AI NFC Business Card

Fortinet’s booth reimagined the business card. Delegates picked from 6 AI styles and 6 industry themes, so the AI-generated artwork reflected their own sector. Each portrait was printed on an NFC card with the delegate’s details and Fortinet branding.

  • Personal and relevant: 6 AI styles combined with 6 industry themes meant every card felt made for its owner.
  • Functional keepsake: The NFC card works as a business card people actually keep.
  • Brand presence: Fortinet branding sat on every card.

Activation 2: HPE AI Tote Bag

HPE gave delegates something wearable, practical and printed live. Guests chose up to 4 AI themes, and their personalized artwork was printed on an HPE-branded tote bag on the spot.

  • Useful by design: A tote bag gets used in the exhibition hall and long after the event.
  • Choice built in: Up to 4 themes let guests shape their own design.

Activation 3: AI Trading Card Booth

This activation turned delegates into collectibles. Guests chose from 4 trading card styles, including a Pokémon-style card and a platinum card slab, each featuring their AI-generated character and the exhibitor’s branding.

  • Collectible appeal: The trading card format gets shared and displayed.
  • Premium finish: The platinum card slab gave the keepsake a high-end feel.

Activation 4: Cyble Printafigur

Cyble’s booth brought the Printafigur experience to GovWare. Guests chose from 60 outfits to dress their personalized figure, which was mounted on a Cyble-branded sticker base.

  • Deep customization: 60 outfit options meant almost no two figures were alike.
  • Desk-ready: A figure on a branded base sits on a desk, keeping Cyble in sight long after the show.

Activation 5: Trend AI Cartoon & AI Themes

At the Trend AI booth, delegates picked up to 4 AI styles and turned their photo into a cartoon-style portrait with a Trend AI branded photo overlay.

  • Fast and fun: A quick capture-to-print flow suited a busy exhibition floor.
  • Branded by default: Every image carried the Trend AI overlay.

The Trade Show ROI: Turning Delegates into Brand Ambassadors

A trade show activation is measured by what happens after the delegate leaves the booth.

  • Keepsakes that get used: Tote bags were carried across the show floor, NFC cards were exchanged, and trading cards and figures were shown off.
