How long does each video booth session take?
Each session takes about 30 seconds—from posing to sharing.
What video booth customisation options are available?
You can customise the user interface, GIF overlays & personalise Email and WhatsApp messages sent to guests. You can choose to add-on unlimited photo prints. The prints will be in the form of photo strips.
Can you design the overlay for me?
Yes, we can design the overlay for you within 5 revisions. After which a $50 design fee will be charged.
How fast do guests receive their videos by WhatsApp or Email?
Photos are sent instantly to guests via WhatsApp or Email.
Do I need strong internet at the venue for the video booth?
Yes. A strong connection helps speed up uploads. We provide 5G backup internet, but venue Wi-Fi is preferred.
What is the set-up requirement for the video booth?
We require 2.5m by 2m space, indoor or sheltered area, 1 table, 2 chairs, 1 power source (13amp) & wifi on-site.
How do I book a video booth for my event?
