About the Role
We are looking for a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Photobooth & Events Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with people, has a passion for event experiences, and is eager to gain hands-on experience in sales and marketing. No prior experience is needed – on-the-job training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate photobooth equipment at events
- Engage and assist guests to ensure a fun and smooth experience
- Provide excellent customer service with a cheerful attitude
- Troubleshoot minor technical issues with the photobooth when necessary
- Coordinate with event organizers and team members for smooth execution
- Pack up and ensure all equipment is safely transported after events
- Promote our photobooth services to potential clients
- Assist in developing marketing strategies to attract new customers
- Build and maintain good relationships with existing customers and partners
Requirements
- Outgoing, friendly, and confident in engaging with guests and clients
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
- Interest in sales and marketing (experience is a plus but not required)
- Willingness to work on weekends and evenings as events may require
- Able to carry and set up equipment (reasonable lifting involved)
- Basic tech-savviness (training will be provided)
- Responsible, punctual, and a team player
- Driving license (is a plus but not required)
