About the Role

We are looking for a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Photobooth & Events Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with people, has a passion for event experiences, and is eager to gain hands-on experience in sales and marketing. No prior experience is needed – on-the-job training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate photobooth equipment at events
  • Engage and assist guests to ensure a fun and smooth experience
  • Provide excellent customer service with a cheerful attitude
  • Troubleshoot minor technical issues with the photobooth when necessary
  • Coordinate with event organizers and team members for smooth execution
  • Pack up and ensure all equipment is safely transported after events
  • Promote our photobooth services to potential clients
  • Assist in developing marketing strategies to attract new customers
  • Build and maintain good relationships with existing customers and partners

Requirements

  • Outgoing, friendly, and confident in engaging with guests and clients
  • Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
  • Interest in sales and marketing (experience is a plus but not required)
  • Willingness to work on weekends and evenings as events may require
  • Able to carry and set up equipment (reasonable lifting involved)
  • Basic tech-savviness (training will be provided)
  • Responsible, punctual, and a team player
  • Driving license (is a plus but not required)
