In compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (“PDPA”), Farmz Asia seeks your consent to collect and use your personal data (i.e. Name, contact numbers, photograph, mailing and email addresses) with the purpose of informing you on upcoming activities, processing payment, provision of goods and/or services and managing queries.

2. By attending Farmz Asia’s event, you consent to the use of your photograph, voice, likeness, and image in any broadcasts of this event and in subsequent productions drawn from video or audio recordings of this event.

3. It is the responsibility of event participants to remove themselves from group and candid shots/recordings that the photographers/videographers intend to capture, if they do not wish to have their photos/audio-visual recordings taken at the event.

4. Farmz Asia respects your privacy and assures that your personal data will be kept securely according to PDPA.

5. I hereby give my acknowledgement and consent to Farmz Asia to use my personal data for the aforesaid Purposes and Services. I agree that my consent will remain in place until my withdrawal by officially notifying Farmz Asia in writing at sayhello@farmzasia.com.
